Classes focus on the preparation, cooking and presentation of either French or Italian style dishes with original touches and modern twists.
All classes are inclusive of lunch, wine, complimentary The Long Apron branded apron and Cameron’s personal recipes. Classes run from 10am to 3pm at our state of the art cooking school facility at nearby Spicers Tamarind Retreat with transfers provided for guests staying at Spicers Clovelly Estate.
