Hosted by Group Sommelier Peter Marchant and Group Executive Chef Cameron Matthews, the final chapter of Chefs in the City 2017 will be an event like never before. This year the final chapter will see our guests immersed in the warm country embrace of Spicers Hidden Vale, enjoying the very best dishes of the Spicers year under a magnificent blanket of stars.
Very rarely do diners get the opportunity to partake in a menu prepared by chefs with a multitude Chef Hats between them - not to mention a host of other awards. With a seven course degustation - each Head Chef serving their best dish of 2017 - and matched wines on the menu, this event is sure to be a highlight of the Australian food calendar.

On Sunday 11th February Spicers Tamarind Retreat will host the Sunshine Coast Asian Food Festival.
Come and enjoy cooking demonstrations whilst tasting The Tamarind's award-winning Asian cuisine in the beautiful rainforest surrounds of Spicers Tamarind Retreat. Guests will enjoy six mouth watering Asian dishes and three matching beverages.
Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic blanket and relax in the sunshine whilst enjoying the amazing tastes of Asia with live entertainment all afternoon.
