The third weekend of August sees Spicers Hidden Vale hosting Australia’s first festival celebrating everything Champagne – Effervescence

Effervescence is the brainchild of The Bubble Diva’s champagne educator and 2014 Vin de Champagne Award finalist Amanda Reboul. An entire weekend in a spectacular setting for dedicated champagne enthusiasts and interested novices alike, all dedicated to the appreciation and love for that one marvellous drink – Champagne.

More than 25 representatives from major and smaller family-owned champagne houses will be in  attendance, along with champagne experts such as Vin de Champagne award winner, David Donald,  offering the opportunity to taste and talk to people in the know; both makers and educators.

While the Sunday ‘Champagne Trail’, featuring tasting stations representing the different micro- regions of Champagne, will be open to the public, Effervescence is offering a special price to the exclusive VIP ‘Champagne Immersion’ weekend at Spicers Hidden Vale of $1950 per person, twin share.
