SPICERS RETREATS CHEF COLLABORATION

The Spicers Retreats chef collaboration is back for its fifth event – Chefs on the Mountain. For us it’s about creating and celebrating food from wholesome, locally sourced ingredients that have been grown by our neighbouring farmers. There’s a strong focus on respect for the produce, producer and the environment.

Join us on 16 April 2023 with Chefs from The Peak, Homage, The Balfour Kitchen & Bar, The Long Apron and the Scenic Rim Trail as they treat you to a progressive lunch around Spicers Peak Lodge.

Our incredible Chefs have collaborated to bring you five wonderful offerings – starting at our fire pit overlooking the plateau and World Heritage-Listed national park and progressing to a sit down long table for the final three courses on the terrace of the Lodge.

Come just for lunch, or stay the night to experience everything our beautiful Lodge has to offer.

IN DETAIL

Sunday, 16 April 2023 at Spicers Peak Lodge

11.30am: Welcome to Spicers Peak Lodge. Enjoy a welcome drink on arrival and check-in for those joining us for the night

12.30pm: Start your progressive lunch around the plateau visiting lookouts and our fire pit. Each Chef will create a dish using locally sourced produce and pair it with a matched wine.

2.00pm: Take your seat at our long table in the Lodge to enjoy the remaining courses and paired wines from our Chefs.

5.00pm: Safe travels home, or if you’re joining us for the night, make yourself at home.
