Day 1

| 18:30 | Dinner Under The Stars – Located on the Sala Deck and lavishly styled with candles and flowers, our Dinner Under The Stars will treat guests to a three-course menu with paired wines. |
Day 2
| 06:00 – 06:30 | Energise your team, ready for the long day planning with an invigorating session of Tai Chi in the rainforest. |
| 06:00 – 08:00 | Enjoy a long table a la carte gourmet breakfast at the Tamarind Restaurant. |
| 08:30 | Commence the day’s meeting with tea and coffee available throughout the day. |
| 10:00 | A Chef’s selection of fruit and pastries with tea and coffee is served for morning tea. |

| 12:30 – 13:30 | Enjoy a working lunch of freshly prepared share platters served in the conference room. |

Teams will work together conquer the challenge and be the first to find the correct blend of “base” wines to match a wine-maker’s finished wine! Each “blend-team” is provided with all the equipment and base wines needed. But a winning blend depends on more than just a good nose! |
