Spicers Retreats COVID-19 Update

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our guests and team. We’re committed to ensuring your time with us, whether for dinner or a week, is as safe, comfortable and stress free as possible.

We understand… the best laid plans are quickly turned on their head at the moment. If you’re feeling unwell or showing any signs of illness please stay home. Call us on 13 77 42 as soon as you know you can’t visit us and we’ll do what we can to move your booking to another time that suits you. See our full booking terms and conditions here.

How we’re keeping you safe

Check in: Checking-in online for a completely contactless experience. We’ll have your key ready for you at reception when you arrive.

Public spaces: All shared spaces are sanitised regularly and numbers are restricted to ensure social distancing. We’ll also ask you to check-in so we can keep thorough records.

Contactless room service: If requested our team will not enter your room during your stay.

Our team: All team members wash their hands regularly and use hand sanitiser. When required they will also be wearing masks.

All restaurants are COVID-Safe registered and adhere to strict safety guidelines including recording all guests names, addresses and phone numbers. This information is kept for 28 days to assist with contact tracing if required. We also restrict numbers to ensure social distancing.

All spas are open and have strict COVID safety measures in place. Some menu items have been altered to adhere to COVID regulations.

The team may check your temperature when you arrive and respectfully ask that you do not visit our day spa if you are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID symptoms.

We strongly recommend booking ahead.

Experiences at Spicers

We still want you to have an amazing experience when you visit us. Activities like our market garden tours, cooking school, guided walks, helicopter tours and so much more are still operating, but under strict COVID safe guidelines. Numbers are limited to ensure social distancing and some experiences may have been altered to ensure your safety.

But rest assured, you’ll still see our beautiful regions at their best.
