During the COVID-19 crisis we are continuing to offer our guests some of Australia’s most tranquil and safe places to escape to while following advice from health authorities. We are open for business across most of our retreats for guests that wish to stay.
When you stay with us you will notice increased precautions including:
- Social distancing practices such as welcoming guests with a wave instead of a handshake
- Good personal hygiene such as regular handwashing and availability of hand sanitiser across the retreats
- Increased cleaning of public spaces and regular disinfecting of surfaces like benches. The number of people in our public spaces will be restricted
- All meals served in-room
We respectfully request that our guests follow the advice of health authorities and refrain from visiting us if they feel unwell.
All retreats, with the exception of Spicers Vineyards Estate in the Hunter Valley, are open to guests wishing to stay. You can book on our website or by calling 13 77 42.
All restaurants are currently closed to dine-in guests. In-house guests are able to order room service. Take-away is available from The Balfour Kitchen & Bar in Brisbane and Homage Restaurant in Grandchester. We expect to be able to offer take-away from The Tamarind in Maleny soon and may offer it from other restaurants in the future.
All spas are currently closed until future notice.
The current restrictions will significantly alter the experiences we are able to offer. Please speak to us about the experiences you are interested in when you book. We will do what we can to make your stay with us memorable and relaxing.
