On Sunday October 17^th, Homage Executive Chef Ash Martin will say goodbye for the day to the picturesque rolling hills surrounding Spicers Hidden Vale and say hello to the serene rainforest setting of Spicers Tamarind Retreat, to team up for an exclusive chef collaboration with Executive Chef of The Tamarind Dan Jarrett. An occasion that we’ve fondly called Crouching Tamarind, Hidden Vale.

IN DETAIL…

12:30 – 1:15pm: Arrival with champagne and canapés on the lawn.

1:15pm: Move into The Tamarind restaurant for a three-course banquet lunch.

3:15pm: Farewell to those of you who joined us for the day only. For those staying the night, enjoy unwinding in our tranquil surroundings.

Please note due to the nature of the event we are unable to cater for any dietary requirements.

This event is banquet style and communal seating. Couples and groups will be placed with each other.
