Join us for an exclusive collaboration lunch with Nooks & Cooks and The Long Apron, where Indigenous heritage meets French culinary finesse for an unforgettable dining experience.
The event begins with a welcome to country ceremony at our picturesque Lake View Deck to honour the land and its custodians. The ceremony is accompanied by the hypnotic rhythms of the yidaki, as well as a welcome drink and canapes.
Moving to the restaurant, guests will gather in the spirit of the Wirritjin around the table to share stories, laughter and the magic of cultural exchange. Enjoy a three course share-style menu that features wild foraged ingredients and native produce. As the menu for this event will be crafted with seasonal bush foods, we’ll reveal the culinary surprises closer to the event date.
This unique event costs $150 per person including a welcome drink, canapes and a three course share-style meal. All profits from this event will be donated to Nungeena Aboriginal Corporation for Women’s Business, a local charity providing programs, workshops, cultural awareness, self empowerment and the base for women’s gatherings.
