Spicers Sangoma Retreat is holding a series of events which will showcase the best produce in the surrounding Hawkesbury and Blue Mountain regions.
During October Hillbilly Cider will be the featured producer for the month.
Every Saturday the retreat will host ‘Ciders at Sundown’ which will include samples from Hillbilly Cider along with live music playing overlooking the stunning Hawkesbury region and city skyline of Sydney.
Every Thursday Hillbilly Cider will offer tastings of their range and talk about how their hillbillification process began, producing a range of award winning ciders.
Every night throughout the month, guests can dine on delectable dishes featuring Hillbilly Cider and Sangoma’s exquisite food will be paired with a selection of fine wines and ciders.
