Peter Gross, cheese expert and general manager of Black Pearl Epicure, Queensland’s premier supplier of fine cheese, has teamed up with our very own head chef Dean Alsford to create a delectable cheese inspired 4 course lunch carefully matched with Perrier-Jouët Champagne.
You will be treated to some of the finest cheeses from around the world that have been carefully crafted into mouth-watering creations appealing to the most distinguished palates.
Thomas Lapeyre, Perrier Jouet’s Australian ambassador will be joining Peter to host the event and he will divulge his knowledge and history behind the refined and delicate Champagnes of Maison Perrier-Jouët.
Arrive at 12:30 for a glass of Champagne with lunch being served at 1.30pm.
