Champagne and Oyster Master Class

Join us on Easter weekend for a Champagne and oyster master class. Held at 4pm Good Friday through to Easter Sunday, the class will be conducted by our Sommelier from Restaurant Botanica, our modern Australia restaurant.

Enjoy 3 Champagnes matched with oysters and learn the history, terroir and wine making of the world’s most famous beverage and why it matches so perfectly with freshly shucked oysters.

Price is $145 per person with limited spaces available.
