As you drive through the gates at Spicers Clovelly Estate it feels like meandering down a country road towards a Chateau. As you pass the French Cottage and pull up under the 100-year-old fig tree you genuinely feel a sense of joie de vivre (enjoyment of life).
Our French & European inspiration is experienced through the innovative, refined & unexpected cuisine served by Chef Chris Hagan at our hatted Long Apron restaurant. Our extensive champagne menu has given us the reputation of being the champagne house of the Sunshine Coast.
As a homage to our inspiration, Spicers Clovelly Estate, is proud to announce the first of our Champagne Soiree Series hosted by one of the oldest Champagne houses, Perrier- Jouët.
Maison Perrier-Jouët is one of France’s most historic and distinctive champagne houses, renowned for its elegant floral champagnes which reveal the true essence of the Chardonnay grape. The house was founded in 1811 by Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose Adélaide Jouët, and produces both vintage and non-vintage cuvee, with its prestige label named Belle Epoque.
You will be greeted by Perrier- Jouët Brand Ambassador, Romanic Behaghel, with canapes and champagne. Following introductions you will enjoy a four course menu specially prepared by The Long Apron with matching Champagne. You can be assured of a sophisticated afternoon of tasting, learning and fun. Further Champagne Soiree events will be released soon.
