Spicers is excited to present a not-to-be-missed dining event this July featuring dishes by the eight acclaimed Australian chefs who lead the kitchens of Spicers Retreats restaurants across New South Wales and Queensland.
Chefs in the Vines will involve a progressive eight-course dinner around the grounds of the beautiful new Spicers Guesthouse in the Hunter Valley, including the onsite Italian restaurant, éRemo, led by multi-hatted chef Cameron Matthews.
Each course will be paired with wines sourced from around the region and there will be a bevy of exciting winemakers present on the night to share their tales.
Each chef will create a dish that links back to the Italian ethos of éRemo with their own special touch.
The degustation-style dinner will start from 6.30pm on July 13 and will include canapés, entrees, mains and desserts. Tickets are $199 per person which includes matched wines with dinner.
For 12 guests only, we are also offering an intimate dining experience, with local winemakers sharing their stories, in the private dining room. Tickets are $299 per person which includes this fabulous experience plus dinner and matched wines.
