For us it’s always been about creating food from wholesome, locally sourced ingredients that have been grown by our neighbouring farmers. There’s a strong focus on respect for the produce, producer and the environment. Through our chefs’ unique cooking methods we pay homage to the land in which the produce is grown.
Inspired by the recent drought and fires, our talented chefs are coming together to showcase their talents and respect for the land at Chefs on the Land.
Hosted at Spicers Hidden Vale, our eight incredible Head and Executive Chefs have collaborated to bring you eight wonderful offerings – starting in our barn with snacks and progressing to a sit down long table for the final three courses in the new Homestead.
