Join us for our exclusive Christmas in July event in collaboration with Karu Distillery on 27 July at Amara Restaurant, Spicers Sangoma Retreat. Enjoy a 2-course lunch followed by a spirit masterclass hosted by Karu Distillery and a cocktail made with local ingredients.
Karu was launched in 2018 by husband and wife team Nick and Ally and the distillery is located 10 minutes down the road. They’re one of Australia’s most awarded distilleries, and in 2021 their ‘Lightning’ gin took out the trophy for best contemporary gin at the International Wines & Spirits Competition.
