As part of the Noosa Food & Wine Festival, join us to witness Chris Hagan of Spicers Clovelly Estates’ The Long Apron restaurant and Will Cowper of Otto Brisbane when they go head to head in showcasing heritage, rare breed and heirloom produce.
Adding to the competition will be The Long Apron’s Sommelier Peter Marchant and Otto’s Sommelier Alan Hunter competing for your palates on wine choices.
It’s restaurant vs restaurant, mate vs mate and you get to be the winners.
On the night guests will be treated to a delectable menu consisting of Mooloolaba yellow fin tuna, charred eggplant, Bunya Farm capers, caperberries & Marsala cracker with heritage carrots cooked in beeswax, toasted hay curd & macadamia plus so much more, see full menu below.

Tickets are $245 per person and includes 6 courses with matched beverages.
