Introducing the first installment of the Sangoma Champagne Series. A series of events which showcase France’s most esteemed Champagne Houses teamed with the delicious cuisine of Matt Ostrenski, Head Chef at Spicers Sangoma Retreat.
The series will be hosted at Spicers Sangoma Retreats sister property Spicers Potts Point, allowing guests to experience a taste of Champagne and Sangoma in the city.

Pol Roger is a Grande Marque House and has a royal warrant of appointment to HM Queen Elizabeth II. Pol Roger champagne is traditionally served at royal weddings and British PM Sir Winston Churchill famously drank it every day.
Canapes and a 4-course degustation meal will be served, designed by Chef Matt Ostrenski, matched to accompany these beautiful champagnes:
