The Curated Plate is a 4 day food festival being held for the first time on the Sunshine Coast from August 8 – 11 2019. The festival will bring together some of the region’s finest produce with the best chefs in the Australian and international dining scene.
As part of the festival, one of the main events is the Spicers Den. Heading up this event is The Tamarind’s very own award winning Head Chef, Dan Jarrett joined by Zaiyu Hasegawa, the chef behind the Best Restaurant in Japan (Asia 50 Best Restaurants 2018) to create a five-course dinner with matching wines.
The Spicers Den is being held at The Tamarind on Saturday 10th August from 6:30pm – 9:30pm.
