To celebrate the annual release of Tyrrell’s Winemaker’s Selection, Restaurant Botanica at Spicers Vineyards Estate is holding a degustation dinner on Friday 5th July.
Hosted by Tyrrell’s red wine maker, Mark Richardson, this 5 course dinner will be matched to their new Winemaker’s Selection which will feature:
- 2014 Vat 1 Semillon
- 2017 Vat 47 Chardonnay
- 2017 Vat 6 Pinot Noir
- 2017 Vat 8 Shiraz Cabernet
- 2017 Vat 9 Shiraz
With a carefully selected menu by award winning head chef Shayne Mansfield, it will not only pair perfectly with the new vintage but will also showcase the best of the Hunter Valley on a plate.
