Enjoy an experience that’s steeped in history.

Using techniques similar to those used by early settlers and explorers, we make a pot of traditional billy tea over a roaring fire. Sip this traditional brew with a delicious piece of damper with your choice of treacle, malt syrup or honey collected from bees from our property.
