A visit to Restaurant Botanica is not complete without trying Head Chef Shayne Mansfield’s signature tasting experience. An ever changing menu that follows the ebb and flow of seasonal produce with a strong connection to the Hunter Valley. A vegetarian tasting menu is available and dietaries can be catered for.
