Food & Wine Master Classes

If you’ve dined at The Tamarind and want to recreate some of the superb dishes you’ve tasted, sign up for one of the cooking classes. Every Saturday, the retreat’s purpose-built cooking school runs four-hour classes in Thai, French, Italian or South-East Asian cuisine. Under the expert eye of a Spicer’s chef, you can whip up a four-course meal and then sit down to eat it with a glass of wine (and you don’t have to wash up!).

Classes start at 11am and for $225 per person they also include an apron, lunch, a glass of wine and a recipe book with all the dishes you cooked so you can recreate them at home.
