Private Whisky Appreciation

The term ‘whisky’ derives from the Gaelic ‘uisge beatha’ meaning ‘water of life’. This fermented grain liquor has a respected presence in Scotland, America, Ireland, Canada, Australia and Japan.

Join your Spicers Peak Lodge guide in exploring the flavour profiles and distilling history of three of our Premium Cellar Master drams from around the world. Unveil the story contained within each bottle and discover how this ‘life water’ has survived thousands of years, whisky rebellions, prohibition and so much more.

This 45 minute experience is limited only by how adventurous your taste buds are.

The cost of this class is $95 per person and can be held at various times.

Bookings are essential, contact reception to book.
