Market Garden Tour

Homage is walking the walk when it comes to provenance. With our market garden, orchard, mango trees and beehives to harvest from, ingredients are either grown onsite or sourced from producers who live just down the road.

On our market garden tour you will be taken behind the scenes of the preserving room where the walls are adorned with jars filled with an array of ingredients on their pathway to your plate. The smokehouse is used to create flavours renowned at Homage and you’ll learn about the smoking process. Our orchard and vegetable garden are ever changing so you’ll try what’s in season and very likely what you’ll be eating that evening.

Spicers Hidden Vale has a rich history and you’ll enjoy the tales of yesteryear as you weave your way past 100 year old heritage listed buildings and garner an understanding of how incredible this 12,000 acres of land is.

The tour departs daily at 3:00pm and will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
