Hatha yoga offers a gentle series of stretches that connect mind, body and breath through flowing movement.
Yoga mats, blocks and other props are provided. Please advise your instructor of injuries or pregnancy within the first trimester. Poses can be modified to suit all levels of fitness.
Complimentary experiences are offered over a set weekly roster. You will be advised of daily experiences upon arrival. Alternatively, please contact reception to enquire about making a private booking.
Private classes may be held in the comfort of your suite or outside amongst the sights and sounds of nature.
