Where are your retreats located?
Currently, we have 4 retreats in New South Wales and 5 retreats in Queensland.
What are your check in and check out times?
Check in is from 2pm and check out is 11am

Are your retreats family friendly?
The majority of our retreats do cater for families in certain room types. Spicers Balfour Hotel and Spicers Sangoma Retreat accommodate adults only.
Do you have a minimum stay?
Our regional properties have a 2 night minimum stay on Friday and Saturday nights. There may also be minimum stays at all properties in place over long weekends, public holidays or other special events. Our reservations team will be delighted to clarify for you should you require clarification on specific dates.
I am coming to stay for a special occasion, can you arrange something for me?
Absolutely! We can help arrange anything from a bottle of champagne, flowers, romantic picnics and more. Please let our team know and we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
You sure can, vouchers can be of a dollar value, valid to use at all Spicers Retreats, or a specific property. Please click here to purchase a gift voucher.
Can I buy a Spicers bed?
You sure can. We have partnered with That Hotel Bed and you can purchase it from there.
Do you have Wifi? Is there a fee?
Complimentary Wifi is available to our guests at all of our retreats.
Can you cater for special dietaries (Vegan, Vegetarian, GF)?
Our chefs are happy to cater for all dietary requirements. Please advise our team and we will pass your dietary requirements onto chef.
