The weekend showcases 26 cuvées across your stay, featuring cocktail and gala dinners, lunches and a prestige champagne master class hosted by Tyson. This intimate experience is reserved exclusively for just 26 guests.
You will also have time to relax in the stunning surrounds of Spicers Peak Lodge, South-East Queensland’s only Luxury Lodge of Australia. Treat yourself to a day spa experience, or explore the surrounding World Heritage-listed National Park on foot or mountain bike.

Casual lunch at The Peak.
2:00 – 5:00pm
Afternoon at leisure. Explore the 8,000-acre property and surrounding World Heritage-listed National Park on foot or mountain bike, or relax at the mountaintop Spa Anise day spa.
5:15pm – late
Stroll to the fire pit for pre-dinner drinks to watch the sun set over the Scenic Rim, then settle in for a champagne magnum cocktail dinner in front of the bluestone fireplace in the lounge. The Peak Executive Chef Karl Reyes will serve a cocktail-style menu created to accompany six champagne magnums presented by Tyson.

Guests will have the option to join a guided walk in the morning, book a spa treatment (extra cost) or enjoy any of our other self-guided walks or activities. The guided walk will finish with a Champagne morning tea, served with a breathtaking view from 1100m above sea level.

Lunch is served at The Peak. A casual affair, with Champagne and red wine, of course!
3:00pm – 4:30pm
Tyson’s prestige champagne master class is the ultimate opportunity to discover six of Champagne’s most lauded prestige cuvées in an interactive experience with one of the world’s foremost champagne authorities. Tyson introduces the legendary Krug Vintage, Krug Rosé, Taittinger Comtes de Champagne, William Deutz and more.

The gala dinner is the high point of this exclusive weekend. Enjoy a twilight apéritif on the lawn before settling into a six-course degustation menu on the terrace. We have set Head Chef Karl Reyes loose on the very finest of local and seasonal produce to highlight eight incredible vintage Champagnes, white and red wines introduced by Tyson.
