Modern contemporary Italian created by hatted Executive Chef Cameron Matthews. Cam, as he’s fondly known, spent his first ten years as a Chef in an Italian kitchen and after months of connecting with local producers and trialling one of a kind dishes the Éremo experience are exceptional. That experience comes together in our Avido menu, which means “greedy” in Italian. The menu is complemented by a well-travelled wine list, including some of the Hunter Valley’s best vintages and a selection of those from further a field.

Our stunning private dining room, which overlooks the valley and our famous Wine Wall, can be booked for up to 14 guests.

Opening Hours

Lunch: Sat & Sun 12.00pm & 1.30pm

Dinner: 7 days 6.00pm, 7.00pm & 8.00pm

Dinner on Sun - Thu is the a la carte menu with the Avido menu on offer on Fri & Sat. Lunch on Sat & Sun is the a la carte menu.

Cameron Matthews, former Head Chef from award-winning restaurant The Long Apron at Spicers Clovelly Estate is the new Executive Chef of the Hunter Valley.
