Set on 12,000 acres just one hour from Brisbane and on some of the most fertile farming soil in the Southern Hemisphere – the award-winning Homage Restaurant has a real sense of place.
Executive Chef Ash Martin and Head Chef Simon Furley have created a unique ‘paddock to plate’ take-away menu for you to enjoy at home. You can also enjoy their award-winning cooking when you stay with us at Spicers Hidden Vale.
With our market garden, orchard, mango trees and beehives to harvest from, ingredients are either grown onsite or sourced from producers who live just down the road. As a result, Homage’s menus are spontaneous and ever changing.
Homage accolades include two Chef Hats from the 2020 Australian Good Food Guide and one Chef Hat from the 2019 Good Food Guide.
