Homage Restaurant | Chef-hatted dining experience celebrating local produce
Set on 12,000 acres just one hour from Brisbane and on some of the most fertile farming soil in the Southern Hemisphere – the award-winning Homage Restaurant has a real sense of place.
From 14 February 2020, Homage Restaurant moves to the highly anticipated ‘new homestead’ on Spicers Hidden Vale that embraces the history of the site with a timeless yet thoroughly contemporary ambience.
Executive Chef Ash Martin and Head Chef Simon Furley will celebrate this new chapter with a collection of new ‘paddock to plate’ dishes and a few old favourites. An imported Mibrasa grill will that allow the duo to explore the concept of ‘cooking by fire’, the stunning Spotted Gum bar and our 3000 bottle wine cellar are just a few of the features you’ll notice.
With our market garden, orchard, mango trees and beehives to harvest from, ingredients are either grown onsite or sourced from producers who live just down the road. As a result, Homage’s menus are spontaneous and ever changing.
We are happy to cater for specific dietary requirements, so please advise any at the time of booking.
Homage accolades include two Chef Hats from the 2020 Australian Good Food Guide and one Chef Hat from the 2019 Good Food Guide.
Our signature getaway is the ideal way to experience Homage Restaurant and Spicers Hidden Vale.
