What are your check in / check out times?

Check in is from 2pm & check out is 11am. Please note that the hotel is unattended from 9pm until 7am so please ensure to inform our reservations team if you will be arriving after hours.

Is early check in / late check out available?

Early check in & late check out may be possible but is subject to availability. Please let our team know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What are you booking terms & conditions?

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Payment will be taken 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations or date changes to bookings within 24 hours of check in will result in a one night cancellation fee. Please note: some specials and offers may have different terms & conditions, these will be advised at time of booking by our team, or noted online.

Is there a pool? What type of pool / Is it heated?

We do not have a pool onsite, however, the Valley Pool is located just a 5 minute drive away.

Do you have a gym onsite?

No, however, we are located a short walk to Wilsons look-out with park work out facilities overlooking the Story Bridge & Brisbane city. Our team can also recommend other nearby gyms.

Are you pet friendly?

Two of our Balfour Suites are dog-friendly. Please click here to see more information on our pooch packages.

Can I bring children?

Yes, children are welcome in our Balfour Suites. Please note, that we do not have cots or highchairs. Please call 13 77 42 for more information.



Do you have a minimum stay?

There may be minimum stays in place over long weekends, public holidays or other special events. Our reservations team will be delighted to assist if you require clarification on specific dates.

I am coming to stay for a special occasion, can you arrange something for me?

Absolutely! We would love to make your stay extra special and can help arrange anything from a bottle of champagne, flowers, romantic picnics and more. Please let our team know & we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.

How many rooms do you have?

We have 17 rooms in total. 1 x Accessible Queen Room, 5 x Executive Queen Rooms, 3 x Executive King Rooms, 1 x Accessible Suite & 7 Balfour Suites.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

You sure can, vouchers can be of a dollar value, valid to use at all Spicers Retreats, or a specific property. Please click here to purchase a gift voucher.

Is there parking onsite? Is there a fee?

We have limited onsite parking for in house guests, which is complimentary & subject to availability. Parking is outdoor/not secure. Our team can direct you to close street parking if attending a conference or dining at our restaurant.

Do you have any accessible rooms?

Yes – 1 x accessible queen room & 1 x accessible suite.

Do you have wifi? Is there a fee?

Complimentary wifi is available to our guests.
