What are you booking terms & conditions?
At the time of booking, we require full payment of the total package amount to secure the booking. Cancellations or date changes within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% fee; within 7 days will incur a 100% fee Please note: some specials offers may have different terms & conditions, these will be advised at time of booking by our team, or noted online.

Yes, there is an outdoor pool and a heated spa.
Are you pet friendly?
Can I bring children?
Yes, in our Valley Wing, we have interconnecting rooms, plus we have 2x cots available for use at the property.
Do you have a day spa?
No, but our sister property, Spicers Vineyards Estate, also located in Pokolbin does have a Spa Anise, please call 1300 192 868 to book.
Do you have a minimum stay?
There is a 2-night minimum stay over Friday & Saturday nights. There may also be minimum stays in place over long weekends, public holidays or other special events. Our reservations team will be delighted to assist if you require clarification on specific dates.
I am coming to stay for a special occasion, can you arrange something for me?
Absolutely! We can help arrange anything from a bottle of champagne, flowers, romantic picnics, and more. Please let our team know & we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 49 rooms in total – 25 King Rooms, 2 accessible King Rooms, 2 Queen Rooms, 16 King Deluxe Rooms, 2 Garden Suites, 2 Hunter Suite, 1 Cottage (4 bedrooms)

You sure can, vouchers can be of a dollar value, valid to use at all Spicers Retreats, or a specific property. Please click here to purchase a gift voucher.

We have outdoor/unsecured parking available, which is complimentary.
Do you have any accessible rooms?
We have 2 accessible King Rooms on the property. Please advise our team if you require this room & we can confirm availability for you.

Complimentary wifi is available to our guests.
What are your restaurant hours?
Eremo Restaurant will be open for all-day dining to in-house and outside guests from 7:00am- 10:00pm.
