Our contemporary Italian-inspired restaurant, éRemo, is regarded as one one the Hunter Valley’s finest. The ethos of éRemo is used to design our wedding packages. It’s all about connecting with local producers and creating one of a kind dishes, making your food and beverage experience truly unique. Our team has created a selection of wedding packages for you to choose from that will ensure your wedding day is one to remember. Alternatively, we are more than happy to design a bespoke package especially for you.

Please note that minimum numbers of 30 people apply to all wedding packages. Monday – Sunday minimum spend applies. All packages include set up of place cards (for seated reception), bonbonniere and additional decor items supplied by the happy couple, microphone for speeches, complimentary night’s stay in a King Deluxe room with breakfast for two. Package also includes: white fabric chair covers (if required), beautiful wrought iron easel for the display of your seating plan, complimentary lunch or dinner in eRemo restaurant for two people enjoying our Avido menu (beverages not included).
