Early check-in & late check-out may be possible but is subject to availability. Please let our team know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What are you booking Terms & conditions?

At the time of booking, we require full payment of the total package amount to secure the booking. Cancellations or date changes within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% fee; within 7 days will incur a 100% fee Please note: some specials offers may have different terms & conditions, these will be advised at time of booking by our team, or noted online.

Is there a pool? What type of pool / Is it heated?

We have 2 pools, our infinity pool is unheated & our lap pool & attached spa is heated.

Are you pet friendly?

Can I bring children?

Yes, families can be accommodated in most room types & we have complimentary cots (subject to availability). Our team will be happy to help advise which may be best for your family if you’re unsure. Children are welcome at Homage Restaurant & we have highchairs available. Children’s menus are available for $15.

I am coming to stay for a special occasion, can you arrange something for me?

Absolutely! We can help arrange anything from a bottle of champagne, flowers, romantic picnics and more. Please let our team know & we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.

How many rooms do you have?

We have 26 rooms, 12 x Valley View rooms, 1 x Loft Suite, 1 x Chinese Cottage, 2 x Heritage Suites, 2 x Luxury Suites, 1 x 2 Bedroom Suites, 2 x 2 bedroom cottages, 1 x 4 bedroom cottage & 3 luxury cabins.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

You sure can, vouchers can be of a dollar value, valid to use at all Spicers Retreats, or a specific property. Please click here to purchase a gift voucher.

Is there parking onsite? Is there a fee?

We have outdoor/unsecured parking available, which is complimentary. Some parking is under cover, and is on a first come first serve basis.

Do you have any accessible rooms?

We have 1 x accessible king room.

Do you have wifi? Is there a fee?

Complimentary wifi is available to our guests.

What are your restaurant hours?

Homage Restaurant is open for breakfast from 7.30am to 10.00am 7 days a week, Lunch from 12.00pm 7 days a week and Dinner from 6pm 7 days a week.

Can you cater for special dietaries?

Absolutely! Please advise our team & we will pass your dietary requirements onto chef.
