Retreat Exclusive Use
It’s hard to imagine a more picturesque, enchanting setting for your wedding than the rolling hills and natural bushland of Spicers Hidden Vale. Exclusive use of our retreat includes the use of the restaurant and accommodation on your wedding day from 12 pm to 10 am the following day. It allows you and your guests to feel truly relaxed, knowing that our 12,000 acres of beauty are solely yours to enjoy.
You will be in professional hands all the way, with our dedicated wedding coordinator on hand to help manage the day, assist all other suppliers and answer any questions you may have.
Venue Hire Fee
Monday to Thursday – $3,250
A minimum of 34 rooms must be booked on the wedding night. Minimum food and beverage spend $14,500.
Friday or Sunday – $5,250
A minimum of 34 rooms must be booked on the wedding night. Minimum food and beverage spend $18,000.
Saturday – $6,250
A minimum of 34 rooms must be booked on the wedding nigh twith a minimum of 2 nights stay. Minimum food and beverage spend $21,000.

Sugared Style is an award-winning wedding styling company based in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Director Tanya Bensley and her team will bring your wedding styling vision to live with as little logistical fuss as possible. Sugared Style can create a setting as bold, fun, vibrant and dramatic, or as sophisticated, classy and minimalistic as you like.
Styling and Flower Package One | $1,245 for 25 guests
This package includes:
• Small flower arrangement to go on the Spicers timber arbour
• Bud vases with single or twin flower stems inside to go on your guest tables x 10
• Tea light candles in glass or gold holders x 25
• Tent place cards x 25
• Printed seating chart in an A2 frame in a colour to suit your chosen colour palette
• Timber table numbers x 2
• Bridal Bouquet
• Bridesmaids’ bouquets x 2 (with the option to add more)
• Groom’s buttonhole
• Groomsmen’s buttonholes x 2 (with the option to add more)
Additional guests charged at $20 each

• Timber Welcome sign in an A2 size with flower arrangement and easel x 1
• Eco bamboo cones of rose petals in a basket for guests to toss x 20
• Flower arrangements to go on your guest tables x 4

• Timber laser cut place cards x 25
