What are you booking Terms & conditions?
A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Payment will be taken 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations or date changes to bookings within 24 hours of check in will result in a one night cancellation fee. Please note: some specials offers may have different terms & conditions, these will be advised at time of booking by our team, or noted online.
Is there a pool? What type of pool / Is it heated?
We have an infinity pool with amazing views over the Scenic Rim. The pool is unheated & the attached spa is heated.
Do you have a gym onsite?
No, however we do have a partnership with PEDept Gym is Sydney’s leading boutique gym catering to all your fitness needs. With state of the art cardio, strength and functional fitness equipment they cater for the everyday gym goer & those a little newer to the scene, in a friendly hospitable environment where everyone is welcomed as part of the PE Family. Yoga Dept yoga studio offers morning and evening fitness classes of the “yin” variety, with pilates, barre and yoga variations spread out through the timetable.
Can I bring children? Does your restaurant have high chairs? Do you have a children menu and how much is it?
Yes, children can be accommodated within the maximum guests allowed in each room type. A rollaway may also available in some room types for $70 per night & a cot is complimentary (subject to availability). Please contact our team to confirm availability & arrange.
Do you have a minimum stay?
There also may be minimum stays in place over long weekends, public holidays or other special events. Our reservations team will be delighted to assist if you require clarification on specific dates.
I am coming to stay for a special occasion, can you arrange something for me?
Absolutely! (marketing jargon about loving to help celebrate special occasions), we can help arrange anything from a bottle of champagne, flowers, and more. Please let our team know & we’ll be happy to discuss options with you.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 20 rooms – 2 x Queen Rooms, 9 x King Rooms 2 x Accessible King Rooms, 3 x Luxe King Rooms, 1 x Victoria Suite & 3 x Victoria Terrace Suites.
Can I purchase a gift voucher?
You sure can, vouchers can be of a dollar value, valid to use at all Spicers Retreats, or a specific property. Please click here to purchase a gift voucher.
Is there parking onsite? Is there a fee?
We have limited secure parking, charged at $40 per night. This must be pre-booked to guarantee your spot. Please contact our team to confirm availability & book your spot.
Do you have any accessible rooms?
We have 2 x accessible king rooms.

Complimentary wifi is available to our guests.
What are your restaurant hours?
Breakfast is available Mon to Fri 7.00-10.30am & Weekends/Public Holidays 7.30-11.00am. Our team will be happy to recommend restaurants nearby, or arrange in-room dining.
Can you cater for special dietaries (Vegan, Vegetarian, GF)?
Absolutely! Please advise our team & we will pass your dietary requirements onto chef.
