Winter in the foothills of the Blue Mountains invites a slower rhythm - clear skies, quiet Australian bush, and the warmth of the gentle sun as you read by the pool. Just 90 minutes from Sydney, Sangoma offers an all-inclusive Coolcation experience designed for deep rest and reconnection.

Begin your day with a seasonal breakfast at @amara_rest, where locally sourced produce meets culinary artistry. Spend your afternoon unwinding with a bespoke treatment at Spa Anise, our intimate day spa featuring therapies designed for deep relaxation. As evening falls, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire, letting the stillness of the bush soothe your soul.

For one night only experience the creative spark between two of the Blue Mountains’ most celebrated kitchens, @amara_rest and @ates_blackheath, Blackheath’s beloved wood-fired dining destination.

This special collaboration brings together Head Chefs Will Houia of Amara and Will Cowan-Lunn of Ates to present a shared 8-course degustation menu.
