Each day the team creates a meal based on the freshest and finest produce sourced from within a one-hour drive radius. The best of the region is always at hand, thanks to strong personal relationships with local producers. We change our menu daily based on what local vegetables we can get our hands on. Vegetables are the heroes of our dishes and they are complimented by the finest proteins that we can source.

At Amara Restaurant we pride ourselves on being as organic and sustainable as possible. Lunch and dinner are affectionately called the ‘Chefs Harvest Experience’.

Premium Beverage Package

All beverage packages include one sparkling wine, two white wines, two red wines, soft drinks, juice, herbal tea and barista coffee. Spicers Sangoma Retreat offers a maximum of a six-hour beverage package, with all beverage service ceasing at 11:00 pm.
