Our Falls Villas get their namesake from their proximity to Gardners Falls at the base of our property. Each of our Falls Villas has their own Cedar Hot Tub, with the water naturally coloured by the rich brown wood.

As we move deeper into autumn on our way to winter, these rooms can be booked out well in advance, so be sure to check your preferred dates so you don't miss out.

Award-winning chef, restaurateur, and TV personality Peter Kuruvita brings his culinary expertise to The Tamarind Cooking School with three exclusive classes in 2025.

Kicking off on Saturday 26 April, the Sri Lankan Curry Feast will guide guests through the secrets of a classic goat curry, southern-style chilli tuna curry, and a surprising beetroot curry. Plus, discover how to make a no-fuss tamarind chutney—all with Peter’s signature flair.

Tickets are $245 per person, and places are limited to just 16.
If you can't make his class in April, Peter returns for a Seafood Masterclass on 7 June and a Sri Lankan Coastal Cuisine class on 15 November. Don’t miss these unique opportunities to learn from a true master!

We're excited to announce that the #sunshinecoastasianfoodfestival is back for 2025!

Expect an epic Asian-inspired feast, a menu packed with locally sourced produce, live music, refreshing drinks, and the return of the Oyster Bar, Champagne Bar, and @malenyfoodco desserts! Featuring top Sunshine Coast chefs from The Tamarind, @the_spirithouse and @riceboi_mba together with @peterkuruvita.

The event will run Saturday August 2 and Sunday August 3, 2025. This event sells out so to be in-the-know when early release tickets are released - subscribers of @thecuratedplate will be first to know!
