Cooking Classes

The Tamarind Cooking School at Spicers Tamarind Retreat offers the opportunity to learn the intricacies of a range of cuisines from expert chefs. Our classes are on a monthly rotating schedule of French and Italian classes run by Chef Tommy Kennedy, and this year we are welcoming internationally renowned chef and restaurateur Peter Kuruvita, who will be joining us for three exclusive classes.
