In this class you’ll master the flavours of Malaysia, China & Cambodia to create a unique menu for you to devour. Our talented Tamarind Chefs at Spicers Tamarind Retreat will show you how to incorporate simple ingredients and cooking methods from each country to produce full flavoured dishes during your culinary tour of Asia. Of course the best part is eating your dishes at the end of the class!
On the day the menu will consist of:
- Vietnamese Poached Chicken Salad
- Mooloolaba Prawn Laksa
- Black Sticky Rice with Caramelised Coconut
