In this class you’ll master the flavours of Malaysia, China & Cambodia to create a unique menu for you to devour. Our talented Tamarind Chefs at Spicers Tamarind Retreat will show you how to incorporate simple ingredients and cooking methods from each country to produce full flavoured dishes during your culinary tour of Asia. Of course the best part is eating your dishes at the end of the class!
Menu on the day will consist of:
- Sweet and Sour Mooloolaba Prawn Soup
- Betel Leaf with Thai Pork Larp and Nahm Jim
- Red Curry of Duck & Rice
