In this class you’ll master the flavours of Malaysia, China and Cambodia to create a unique menu for you to devour. Our talented Tamarind chefs at Spicers Tamarind Retreat will show you how to incorporate simple ingredients and cooking methods from each country to produce full flavoured dishes during your culinary tour of Asia. Of course the best part is eating your dishes at the end of the class!
The menu on the day will consist of:
- Vietnamese rice paper wraps and dipping sauce
- Grilled cuttlefish salad with finger lime and nahm jim
- Balinese yellow curry of chicken and potatoes
- Cucumber relish

For $195 per person- The class includes lunch, one glass of wine, an apron to take home and a recipe book with all the dishes you cooked so you can recreate them at home.
