In this class you’ll master the flavours of Malaysia, China and Cambodia to create a unique menu for you to devour. Our talented Tamarind chefs at Spicers Tamarind Retreat will show you how to incorporate simple ingredients and cooking methods from each country to produce full flavoured dishes during your culinary tour of Asia. Of course the best part is eating your dishes at the end of the class!
Please note due to the nature of the event, dietaries can not be catered for in this class.
For $225 per person- The class includes lunch, one glass of wine, an apron to take home and a recipe book with all the dishes you cooked so you can recreate them at home.

Southern Thai menus
Spring Menu
- Lon Gai Dtow Jiaw – Relish of ground chicken, coconut cream, dried chilli and yellow soy bean served with spooning vegetables
- Yum Som Tom – Salad of green papaya, beans, tomato, dried shrimp, peanuts, chilli and lime
- Som Rot Talay – Medley of fish, prawns and scallops pan fried with 3 flavour sauce, crispy fried basil and roasted rice
