Fresh,organic and seasonal produce sourced from the historic Hawkesbury region.
Each day the team creates a meal based on the freshest and finest produce available utilising our friends from Harvest Farms, a community supported agriculture (CSA) project over two farms located in the Hawkesbury. We change our menu daily based on what local vegetables we can get our hands on. Vegetables are the heroes of our dishes and they are complimented by the finest proteins that we can source. At Sangoma we pride ourselves on being as organic and sustainable as possible. Lunch and dinner are affectionately called the ‘Chefs Harvest Experience’.
Our Chefs are happy to cater for specific dietary requirements. Please advise the retreat in advance.
