The Scenic Rim region is a prosperous rural enclave set in the foothills of the Great Dividing Range. Surrounded by national parks, World Heritage Listed rainforest and farmlands known for its majestic scenery rivaling other mountain ranges in Australia yet the region is largely undiscovered.
The Great Dividing Range is the worlds 3rd longest land based range in the world spanning some 3,500 kilometres running the entire length of the east coast of Australia. There are 3 World Heritage Areas in the range – Wet Tropics of Queensland up north, The Greater Blue Mountains area down south and the Gondwana Rainforests.
