A new era of dining for Homage Restaurant awaits your culinary experience.

The highly anticipated ‘new homestead’ at Spicers Hidden Vale opens on 14th February 2020.

Hatted Homage Restaurant at its heart, this beautiful and bespoke rebuild embraces this historical site with a timeless yet thoroughly contemporary ambience… a legacy for future generations.

Executive Chef Ash Martin and his team are also embracing this new chapter with a new collection of dishes inspired by the property, region and season – with a few favourites to remain too. Expect Ash’s ‘cooking with fire’ concept to be re-imagined and refined with the imported Mibrasa grill allowing further experimentation in the new purpose-built kitchen.

Amongst the high vaulted ceilings, plethora of choices for drinking and relaxing and floor to ceiling rock fireplaces is the custom 3000 bottle walk-in cellar. Sure to be a focal point for wine lovers, Restaurant Manager James Russell is excitedly taking delivery of new shipments of wines to create a wine list of around 300 wines.

A walk-in 1600 bottle wine cellar for all wine lovers is a must.

With this labour of love building being unveiled on the 14th February 2020, Spicers Retreats founder Jude Turner has acknowledged the brilliant work of all those involved in this enormous rebuild. From the plans and building of Ivan Gastaldon Architect and Taranaway Building and Landscapes to the Spicers Retreats team led by in house designer Melinda Taylor.

A new era is emerging at Spicers Hidden Vale and the onsite Spicers team are excitedly waiting to welcome you to enjoy all that the new homestead and Homage Restaurant have to showcase.
