The much anticipated second installment of Chefs in the City is here with an exciting new concept that’s sure to get things heated in the kitchen!
On Tuesday the 26th of September, six of Spicers Retreats Head Chefs will be taking their amazing dinner concept “ON TOUR” and will be gathering at Spicers Tamarind Retreat for an epic battle to win over your taste buds. Hosted by Spicers Retreats Group Executive Chef, Cam Matthews, the evening will consist of six creative courses each perfectly matched with am equally amazing beverage.
To make things even more interesting, Cam has pre-selected the ingredients for each of the three courses, with two chefs chosen per course to serve their interpretation in the most amazing way. And of course, it wouldn’t be a Battle of the Chefs without a panel of judges, so we’re giving our guests the chance to vote on their favourite entree, main and dessert.
With plenty at stake for our Chefs, the evening is sure to be fun-filled, competitive and of course, delicious.
