Delicious Top 100 QLD Restaurants
October 17, 2019
The annual Courier Mail’s Delicious 100 best restaurants in Queensland has been released for 2019. We’re excited to once again be recognised for our unique and memorable food experiences.
For the 2019 list there are three restaurants showcasing the best of Spicers Retreats dining. From modern Vietnamese to the best of Australia and French inspired cuisine, these three restaurants each showcase the variety of dining available at a Spicers restaurant.
Having just celebrated 10 years of cultivating guest dining experiences, The Long Apron has proven to be a favourite of couples looking for a romantic dinner. Head Chef Chris Hagan adds his take on modern French cuisine with passion, flair and care. Backed by a dedicated team and set in a beautiful French provincial building on the outskirts of Montville, this is a dining experience to be enjoyed and shared.
The Balfour Kitchen – Number 73

Head Chef Nick Stapleton leads his team in creating a Vietnamese dining experience unrivalled in Brisbane. The atmosphere of The Balfour Kitchen is created by the many nooks found in the rooftop bar, courtyard or wide verandas which, when combined with attentive service by the whole team, allow you to relax and unwind during your dining experience.
