|150ml Apple Cider vinger|
1. To prepare ham, score top layer of ham with cris-cross approx 2cm per diamond and place in large baking dish
2. To prepare glaze, heat apple cider vinegar and honey in saucepan. Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes or until the glaze has reduced to a third and sticky consistency
3. Baste the ham with pastry brush, or for added flavour use a bunch of 5-6 sprigs of rosemary and hold together to make into a basting brush.
4. Roast in oven on 160 degrees for 3 hours (Allow 1 hour per kg). Every 20 minutes remove ham and baste with more glaze (make sure to not let the glaze burn!)
