Head Chefs Savour the Moment

The 2019 Savour Australia Awards for Excellence were announced in style last night at Brisbane’s Howard Smith Wharves. We are excited and humbled to once again be recognised for unique dining experiences. Congratulations to the team at The Balfour Kitchen in Brisbane for being awards Best Vietnamese Restaurant, and to the team at The Tamarind in Maleny for their Best Breakfast award.

Led by Head Chef, Nick Stapleton, The Balfour Kitchen continues to go from strength to strength, taking out a number of prestigious awards this season including placing 73 in the Delicious Top 100. Chef Nick’s unique interpretation of Asian cooking for breakfast, lunch and dinner is a hit with both New Farm locals and guests staying at Spicers Balfour Hotel.
